But do it correctly - not by running to a judge who can use his or her own "interpretation" of the Constitution. The Constitution doesn't mention gay marriage, it doesn't mention abortion, it doesn't mention privacy, etc. (And I am not against those things) Yet so many feel that these things are Constitutional rights. The one thing it does clearly state is that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, yet the same advocates of those things I mentioned above want to infringe upon that very right. (I do not own a gun)
